Dr. Medows was recognized for her efforts to lead the way in population health. Under Dr. Medows' leadership, advancements in population health analytics, care management, community partnerships, value-based care, health plan performance and strategic contracting have been foundational to the success of the Population Health division at PSJH. In 2018, Dr. Medows spearheaded the agenda that would lead to the launch of Ayin and acquisition of PH Tech, a Medicaid and Medicare administrative services and technology company.
